How To Make 2027 Better: Geetu Parmar's Tips For Health, Career, Love And Money
How To Make 2027 Better: Geetu Parmar's Advice On Health, Career, Relationships And Money
"One person alone can never become rich. The whole team makes him rich."
On the Accompany Akki podcast, astrologer Geetu Parmar spoke with host Akash Kumar about what people should do before 2026 ends to make 2027 better. She focuses on four areas she calls HCRM: health, career, relationships and money.
H: Health
• Give your house helpers the same food you eat.
• Geetu believes that when people cook food they aren't allowed to taste, the feelings behind it can affect the household.
• She compares this to prasad, which tastes different because it's made with devotion.
C: Career
For leaders:
• Don't see staff as people "under" you. You simply have different roles.
• Share success through goodwill amounts, recognition and values.
• "The whole team makes you rich."
For employees:
• Don't work with a "my salary will come anyway" mindset.
• Work so that your boss and business benefit. Your growth will follow.
A karma lesson: Geetu shared the story of a long-time worker at a clothing wholesaler who started his own business by taking clients away. Without enough capital, he struggled. In her view, the owner recovered because he hadn't damaged his karma.
R: Relationships
• When one person is angry, the other should stay silent in that moment.
• Explain things the next day, once tempers have cooled.
• Keep private problems within the relationship, not with outsiders.
• This applies to all relationships: partners, friends, parents and children.
Why do some people face repeated heartbreak?
In Geetu's astrological view, repeated heartbreak is often linked to Rahu in the fifth house of the birth chart, which she associates with love affairs. She also feels many people now prioritise money over love and character in relationships.
M: Money and gratitude
Geetu's daily gratitude ritual:
1. On waking, sit on your bed and close your eyes.
2. Thank God for everything you have.
3. Offer your day to God.
4. Touch the ground and then your forehead.
5. Start your day.
She advises not expecting instant results. Over time, she believes, gratitude brings barkat (abundance) to your life.
Key takeaways
• Treat house helpers with equal dignity.
• Grow your team to grow yourself.
• Work with an owner's mindset.
• Silence in anger can save relationships.
• Start each day with gratitude.
